Ballistic Addiction Team Rules and Application Creation

You must read the following to apply for the BA team or we will not consider your application.

Ballistic Addiction is a non-hacking community. We have a strict no tolerance for hackers. Anyone caught hacking will be removed from all of our servers, the website, and reported to PunkBuster for a global ban.

Members of the BA team are co-operative, mature, level headed, and speak their mind. If you can not handle the truth then this is not the place for you. We are completely honest and this is the key to our success. Being honest means we are able to resolve problems quicker, get along most of the time, and learn to take constructive and destructive criticism.

Part of being in the BA team is to learn to be yourself without pissing off everyone else at the same time. The other portion of it is dominating clans in scrims and matches representing our community in a competitive yet non-competitive manner. The Ballistic Addition team does not take part in professional tournaments or any kind of ranked tournaments or gameplay. The Ballistic Addiction team plays for the sake of playing the game.

These are some of the main aspects of being on the BA team:

- You must have an xfire account; this helps our team communicate to eachother and is a good tool for tracking gameplay, you can get xfire here
- You must be able to take a loss like a good sport
- You must be mature and control your feelings so that it does not affect others in or outside of gameplay
- You must be consistent with your scores for the most part; positive ratios and relatively good
- You must be able to work as a team; this is the BA "team", not the BA every man for themselves
- You must have a valid, registered, and payed for copy of Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare; no cracked games or pirated copies
- You must be a fair gamer; no cheats, hacks, or tip-offs
- 10% of all your gaming time must be dedicated to Ballistic Addiction Servers; try to play on BA servers as much as possible and wear your tags, it promotes our community

If you think any of that is unreasonable then add it to your application and we will consider it.

To make an application you need to abide by all the rules listed above and state that you have a legally purchased copy of Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare and do not hack or have a history of hacking. By applying, you give us the right to discharge you from the BA team if at any time you hack or cheat .



Applications look like this and all attributes are required to be on the BA team:

Name: your in game name

Xfire: xfire name

Pitch: reason you want to join

Sponsors: try to get existing BA team members to back your application, it will help speed up the process

Media: we accept videos of your gameplay to help your application, but screenshots must be only of ones taken on BA servers.


Once you application is submitted, we will do a background check to see if you have history of hacking or cheating. Please notify us ahead of time if you have history hacking or cheating so that we can consult with each other about your situation.
