How to Appeal a Ban

If you have been banned from one or more of our servers, post here with the following information:


Title of Post
Include the name you were using when you were banned in the title.

Name
Make sure to include the name you used when you were banned in your appeal.

Time and Day
Give the relative time and day you were banned to your appeal to help speed up the process.

Reason you Were Banned
If you had been given warnings, were told, or have some idea of why you were banned then include it.

Reason to Unban
Provide a reason why you should be unbanned.


Any other comments can be left at the bottom after the criteria is met. If you don't know something or can't remember just leave is blank.
